Salt and Pepper Therapeutic Counselling Service provides an opportunity for you “the client” to have a safe space to explore your experience. Whatever it might be. To take the time that is so often required, but not always taken, so as to gain clarity. To find a way forward.

Delivery Methods
Elsja offers three different methods of counselling, ensuring busy schedules and varying circumstances aren't a barrier in receiving quality of therapy.

Video Counselling
Elsja is offering Video sessions, as the primary method of attending counselling.
You may live Locally, Regionally, or Interstate.
Travel time becomes a non issue.
As long as you have access to the internet, have a quiet, private space where you can speak confidentially, a video session is very often an excellent resource to access therapy.

Telephone Counselling
There are times when it is very difficult to attend therapy face to face, or to access the internet for a video session.

In these cases, speaking to a therapist for a telephone session can be extremely supportive. This method is best suited for individual counselling.

The process remains the same, a private, confidential space is required, where you will not be interrupted, and sometimes it is a great idea to have a pen and paper so you can jot down words and phrases that come up in a session.

Outdoor Therapy
A face-to-face option that is available: meeting outdoors - usually in a local park, a quiet café, or a walk and talk process, can be less stressful and very calming. This option is only available if you live locally, in Perth, South of the river.
